原代细胞里加双抗或者三抗，会不会影响细胞生长？

分离原代细胞初期，为了避免造成污染，一般会建议预防性加入适量双抗或者三抗。多加抗生素对细胞无益，可以在细胞培养稳定后降低用量或不加抗生素。已知抗生素对细胞有不同影响，如下表所示：
